Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Profit System platform, services, and any related content (collectively, the "Service") operated by CLICKING SRL ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Service, starting your trial, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

AI Profit System is a digital platform providing:

An AI-powered video generation tool
A 24/7 AI mentor chatbot
An AI prompt system for advanced video creation
A library of curated third-party affiliate offers
Caption libraries, posting guides, and educational content
Access to a community of members

The Service is delivered as a subscription with continuing access for as long as you maintain an active subscription.

2. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Trial Period. Your initial enrollment includes a $1 charge for a 3-day access period (the "Trial").

Recurring Subscription. Unless you cancel before your Trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue and you will be charged $29.99 every 4 weeks (the "Subscription Fee"). Your subscription will continue to renew every 4 weeks until you cancel.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@aiprofitpartner.org. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that period expires, but you will not be charged again.

No Pro-Rated Refunds. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods upon cancellation. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current period's charge except where required by law or covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see Section 3).

Failed Payments. If we cannot process your payment, we may suspend your access until payment is successfully made. You agree to keep your payment information current.

3. 30-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the following conditions:

You actively used the Service during the first 30 days (generated videos, posted them, and followed the daily plan as outlined inside the Service)
You contact support@aiprofitpartner.org within 30 days of your initial enrollment
You are still within your first 30 days of access

If you meet these conditions and are not satisfied, we will refund the fees you have paid us. The guarantee is "action-based," meaning we may ask for confirmation that you used the Service as intended.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Generate or distribute content that is hateful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
Generate content that violates any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its components
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Use the Service to spam, harass, or deceive others on social media platforms
Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, affiliate networks, etc.)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of this section without refund.

5. Affiliate Offers and Third-Party Content

The Service includes a library of curated third-party affiliate offers. When you promote these offers and someone takes a qualifying action through your link, you may earn commissions paid by the third-party advertiser or affiliate network.

You acknowledge:

We are not the source of these commission payments. They come from independent third-party affiliate networks and advertisers.
Commission rates, offer availability, and approval criteria are set by those third parties and may change at any time.
We make no guarantee of any specific commission, payout, or earning amount.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of each third-party network you join, including any disclosure requirements (e.g., FTC affiliate disclosures).
Some affiliate networks require their own approval process. We do not guarantee that you will be approved by any particular network.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP. All software, design elements, written content, training materials, and brand assets within the Service are owned by CLICKING SRL or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your IP. You retain ownership of any custom content you create using the Service, subject to the rights granted to us in this section.

Limited License to You. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription. This license terminates when your subscription ends.

No Resale. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any part of the Service, including the AI tools, training content, offer library, or sales pages.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service generates videos and other content using artificial intelligence.

You may use AI-generated content for personal commercial purposes (such as posting on your own social media accounts to promote affiliate offers).
AI-generated content is provided "as-is" - we make no representations about the originality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any specific output.
You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before posting it and ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
You may not claim AI-generated content as fully human-authored where such a claim would be deceptive.

8. Disclaimers

No Income Guarantee. The Service provides tools and education. We do NOT guarantee any specific earnings, income, or financial results. Your results depend on factors beyond our control including your effort, consistency, market conditions, and platform behavior.

No Financial or Tax Advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult appropriate professionals for advice specific to your situation.

Service Availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available."

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLICKING SRL and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLICKING SRL from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third party's rights
Content you generate or post using the Service

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate by canceling your subscription at any time.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bacău, Romania. You waive any right to participate in a class action against us; all disputes must be brought individually.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
